Born in Orehovo-Zuyevo district of Moscow region.

Since graduating from the Moscow Institute of Finance in 1974 has been working at OAO “Mashinostroitelny Zavod”, Elektrostal.

In 2002 - appointed the Chief Accountant of OAO “Mashinostroitelny Zavod”.

Granted the status of the “Honorary member of nuclear power engineering and industry”.
