Nataliya Vladimirovna Nikipelova was born in Kommunarsk, Voroshilovgrad region in 1963.

In 1987 she graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University on the specialty of “economic planning”; in 2002 – graduate school of Russian financial-economic institute; in 2005- Financial Academy institute of professional assessment on the specialty of “cost estimating of the enterprise (business)”.

N.V. Nikipelova is a candidate of economic science, associate professor. In 2002 she defended a thesis on the topic “Development of estimation methods of investment projects”.

Since 1987 Nataliya Vladimirovna had been lecturing at Smolensk Pedagogical University, Smolensk Classical University and other institutions of higher education of the city.

During different periods she worked as a chief financial officer of “Smolensk” publishing house, head of finance-economic bloc of Smolensk Classical University, chief financial officer of “Topstroy” company, chief financial officer and later – general director of “TM Smolensk” group of companies.

From the beginning of 90^th N.V. Nikipelova was an independent consultant in the field of firm finances, investment activity and business cost management; chief expert of investment committee of Smolensk region administration.

N.V. Nikipelova is the author of two textbooks for economic institutions of higher education, more than 40 papers, devoted to corporate finance, budgeting, problems of firm investment activity, estimation of investment projects, business cost management.

Since 20^th October, 2009 N.V. Nikipelova is a director for economics and finance of OAO “MSZ”.
