Vladimir Anatolievich Murygin was born in Kamenskoe village, Penjinsk region, Kamchatka area in 1955.

In 1978 he graduated from Perm polytechnic institute on the specialty of “automated management systems”. During a period of 1978 – 2005 he worked as an engineer, head of the group, deputy manufacturing manager - head of the department, head of SAPR and ASMTP department, head of CLAS workshop – deputy principal engineer for CE of OAO “Chepetsk engineering works”. During a period of 2005 – 2007 he was a deputy general director for corporate clients management of ZAO “Inlighte group”. During a period of 2007 – 2009 he was a deputy director of IT department of OAO “Atomenergoprom”.

V. Murygin was given a rank of “Professional engineer of Russia” and a token “Veteran of atomic energetics and industry”.

Since 01.02.2010 V.A. Murygin is a deputy general director – IT director.
