General Director of OAO Mashinostroitelny Zavod Mr. Oleg Sedelnikov was born in the town of Nyandoma, Arkhangelsk region. In 1978 he graduated from the Moscow State University and began to work at Machine-Building Plant in Elektrostal. Since that time he is held a number of positions: in 1988 he was the head of a shop and later, starting from 2001 Director for Capital Development and Reconstruction. This year in January he got an appointment to the position of the General Director at the Elektrostal Machine-Building Plant.  

Mr. Sedelnikov was a winner of the RF State Prize in the field of science and technology. He got the titles of “the Veteran of Nuclear Industry”,  “Honorable Builder of Russia, he was rewarded with the honorable sign of the Governor of Moscow region “I thank” and Order “For Service to the Town of Elektrostal”, as well as with the Medal “In commemoration of the 850^th anniversary of Moscow”.
