Born in 1959 in the town of Elektrostal, Moscow region.

After graduating from the Moscow Bauman Technical University (MVTU) in 1982 he joined OAO “Mashinostroitelny Zavod”.

In 1991 he was appointed Head of the workshop.

In 2002 he was appointed the Technical Director of  OAO “Mashinostroitelny Zavod”.
