Personnel Policy

More than 10000 employees work at OAO “MSZ”. The 59,4 % of employees are men while the woman workforce accounts for 40,6 %. The mean age of the company staff is 42, 7 years.

Safe, reliable and efficient business activity of the company is achieved through the high level of personnel proficiency. Approximately 30 % of the personnel have graduated from higher education institutions and the same number of employees is presented by the graduates from specialized vocational schools.

Within the framework of the quality management system, the system of professional training and refresher courses has been established and implemented. This system is in the process of continuous improvement and covers the whole range of employees (including top managers, engineering experts and workers). The continual refresher courses covering different professional activities and offering various methods and forms of education and training keep the required level of personnel proficiency and skills at the up-to-date level.
