OAO “Mashinostroitelny Zavod” develops and implements a number of social programs. The priorities of these social programs are focused on the social support of the company employees, both working and retired ones with the purpose to keep highly qualified personnel interested in working in the company.

The program concentrated on the improvement of living conditions of the company employees is being fulfilled. Every year company employees, their children and veteran workers have an opportunity of visiting holiday and health centers at the expense of MSZ and get reimbursed for the medical treatment and medications. The company assists medical institutions in improving the quality of medical services offered to the employees of OAO MSZ. Retirement pensioners are granted additional non-governmental retirement support based on the contracts signed between OAO MSZ and non-governmental retirement fund.
