OAO “Mashinostroitelny Zavod” has adopted the “Regulations on additional retirement insurance of company employees”. The above regulations are aimed at encouraging long-standing and efficient work of employees in the company. The employees are appreciated by the company by being granted an additional non-governmental pension when they reach retirement age and retire.

The non-governmental pension is calculated with regard to the record of service for each individual employee and his personal contribution to the company activity, but it shall make not less than 50 % of the minimum governmental old-age pension.

The pension is transferred to the employee’s personal account with the bank.
