Based on the results of the annual medical examination of OAO MSZ employees the social insurance committee identifies the foreground directions for rehabilitation and preventive medical treatment for the next year. The spa-treatment of employees as well as their stay in health and holiday centers is paid based on the allocated budgetary funds.

For many years the Caucasus area, Sochi and Anapa located on the Black sea coast, Moscow region have been the traditional places for the spa- and health-improving treatment of company employees.

More than 800 people are referred to the spa treatment every year. Most of the spas are presented by the former Rosatom health centers. During the summer vacation period about 1000 families get an opportunity to go to health and holiday centers situated in the suburbs of Moscow, on the Black sea coast (Gelendzhik) and in the Caucasus (Dombai) together with their children.

Moreover, OAO MSZ owns “Kolontayevo” health center and ZAO “Otdykh” with “Sterzh” holiday center located in the picturesque surroundings of Lake Seliger. Each of company employees has been to “Kolontayevo” and “Sterzh” holiday centers at least once during the life span. Many people are fond of going to those places for vacation every now and then.

In summer time more than 1200 children of the company employees stay at a children’s summer camp. About 80 children go to the children’s health center in Anapa supported by the social insurance committee.

All the company employees have to pay for the spa-treatment and children’s health center only about 10-20 % of the actual price.
