The insurance contract covers paid medical service, diagnostics and operations performed by the central medical department No. 21 located in Elektrostal, Burdenko Research Institute of Neurosurgery, Endosurgery and Lithotripsy Center, clinical hospital No. 83 of FU Medbioekstrem and some other clinics in Moscow.

Besides out-patient treatment and in-patient care, the insurance contract covers the performance of high-priced operations (angioplasty, coronary artery bypass grafting, endoprosthesis replacement, etc.) for the total amount of 300 000 roubles and diagnostics (computerized and magnetic resonance tomography, radionuclide examination, coronography) for the total amount of 15 000 roubles.
