Public Relations (PR) Department in JSC MSZ is its functional department with the task “to provide integrated information coverage of JSC MSZ operation and development”.

PR Department liaises with all mass media, including electronic media, NGOs and citizens regarding key issues of JSC MSZ safe operation and development.
The objective of PR Department is to provide public with true and complete information on:

• the value the company has within the nuclear industry and in terms of economic stability of the country;
• the company’s role in the economic life of Elektrostal and the Moscow Region;
• the company’s plans and development as the participant of the closed Nuclear Fuel Cycle;
• the status of safe operation of all company’s facilities;
• the company’s participation in procedures for environmental protection.

PR Department provides information support to JSC MSZ website, monitors the Russian media related to “Nuclear Energy Industry,” communicates information on the events held by JSC MSZ to the public, manages publication of weekly newspaper titled “Energia”.
